Ordering:
Due to the fact that the majority of our business is custom personalization, our policy is not to take orders
by phone.  We are happy to take your orders through the internet or by mail.

Payments:
All internet orders are handled securely through PayPal.  When shopping our site you will place items you wish to purchase into your "shopping cart." 
You will then "check out" when finished shopping and purchase the items through a secure connection with PayPal.

We prefer secure transactions with PayPal.

All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars.  Please do not send cash.  All prices stated in this website
are in U.S. Dollars.

Sales Tax:
We are required to charge 6% sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in Kentucky.

Shipping:
Shipments are only delivered in the 48 contiguous states, and DC.

We do not ship C.O.D.

Depending on the size of your order, shipments will be made by either:
      United States Postal Service    
      United Parcel Service

Refused orders will be charged a 30% restocking fee.  You specifically agree that you will not contest this fee.  Please place your order with consideration.

Order Turnaround Time:
We want to ship your order as soon as possible.  Due to custom personalization on many of our items,
please allow 2 to 7 days for shipments to be made.  In the  event of, out of stock inventory, we will hold your order for 10 business days and then, notify you by e-mail or phone, should there continue to be a problem.

Incorrect Shipping Address Provided:
Packages returned due to an incorrect address, provided by customer, will be charged an additional 15% of selling price.   You specifically agree that you will not contest this fee.  Please place your order carefully.

Returns/Damage:
Due to the fact that much of our merchandise has been made exclusively for you, our policy is, we do not accept merchandise returns on personalized products, so please place your order carefully.

In the event you have received an order containing an error due to our part, please contact us within 10 days, to obtain an authorization number.  No order will be accepted without an authorization number. 

If you are not pleased with  a "non personalized" item, just contact us within 10 days of receipt for an authorization number.  You must return the product with the same shipping method in which you received it. You will be credited or refunded the cost of the item minus a 15% restocking fee.  You specifically agree that you will not contest this fee.

We pack all orders with the utmost care.  If damage should occur during transit, please retain all packaging material and contact ATIRA within 10 days.

Privacy:
We respect your privacy.  The data we collect is used solely for order fulfillment and customer contact,
should we have a question about your order.  We do not give, sell, rent or exchange any information with any third parties.  We feel all information is confidential.
